According to the Jan. 9 LinkedIn Learning report. Creativity was the most in-demand soft skill for applicants last year, and it has retained its place heading into 2020.
I certainly did not.

Jumping from her corporate ladder to a self-employed
Charlotte is a very great friend of mine. A couple of years ago she read a few of my articles and online columns and kept up with my writing. Later I went on a business trip to Munich and attended a conference that she was a part of too. She recognized me right away and came to say hello, and that was the start of our lovely friendship.
