Deniz was a client that I had the pleasure of working with at the end of 2021. She was given 6-8 weeks to complete her coaching. Getting a job wasn’t her problem, with her project management experiences, she found a job when the coaching was not even started.
However, career coaching is not about just getting a position, it is about how can you build a sustainable, and fulfilling career.
One of her biggest struggles was communication issues with some colleagues at her previous jobs and how could she present her work without feeling bragging or unauthentic.
Whenever she had to talk about herself in the presentation or meeting, she would leave out some of the most important qualifications she had because she felt like she would be bragging too much to name them.
After working for weeks on confidence and learning how to properly portray her skills in the interview setting. She was able to get a job at Adidas as a Marketing Procurement Manager.

Celeste first came to me to start career coaching to potentially transition into the tech field. She had recently gotten married and come to Germany from the USA. She did not come with a job, and while she had a Masters degree in International Education, she did not have a lot of practical job experience. She was looking for some direction and confidence navigating the German job market.
After getting approved for 3 months of career coaching, we started with the basics - this included a lot of self reflection and narrowing down what kind of career she wanted. After that we moved onto editing her resume and cover letter to reflect her goals. Eventually, we began interview preparations. She had been out of the job search for a few years and was very insecure in herself and abilities. As the coaching went on she was able to gain confidence after many hours of interview practice in a real life setting. The accountability and support that career coaching gave her, had helped her find direction to pursue job opportunities in operations and logistics. After the career coaching ended, she continued to interview and reach toward her goals, while using the techniques taught to her with career coaching. She was then able to obtain a job at Microsoft in logistics.

Anida is transitioning to become a UX and UI Designer. She holds a bachelor's degree in German (Germanistik), After training of UX & UI Bootcamp. She was struggling with self-confidence being a new designer and without previous office working experience. With the help of career coaching and her dedication, Anida expanded her skill set and adaptability swiftly. She used the self-reflection and techniques from career coaching to grow professionally and personally. She was very receptive to any feedback given and was dedicated to the homework given to her throughout coaching. For this reason, she learned quickly and was able to obtain a new perspective.
