Very often when I jumped on the first call to get to know my potential clients, they are always worried that they will be rejected due to their levels of German or not being able to communicate properly what they want at Arbeitesgentur appointments.

Education voucher (Bildungsgutscheine):
German Language Voucher
AVGS (Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein): 1 on 1 career and business coaching
Bildungsgutschein is for educational re-training but AVGS is not.
AVGS is 1 on 1 coaching on all types of matters you want to improve in your career or business setting.
This benefit is only available to those receiving unemployment benefits. (False)
No, everyone resides in Germany and as their customer are all eligible to apply. Even when you are currently not receiving benefits.
You must speak German fluently to be eligible for the voucher. (False)
No, you can of course use this chance to apply for a language voucher to improve your German, living in Germany, it is always a good idea to improve, but depends on your current level, sometimes it just makes no sense to wait till your German is fluent to start to look for jobs. It can take months….
This benefit is not available to the self-employed (False)
The same, as long as you are registered at Arbeitsagentur and or Jobcenter, you can always request AVGS with your case worker or counselor.
This benefit is not available to expats or foreigners. (False)
Depends on how many years you stayed in Germany, where were you before and where are you from exactly. But you can always apply as a customer at Arbeitsagentur and Jobcenter, and then request a voucher. It can be rejected but everyone resides in Germany and as their customer are eligible to apply. You can always contact your local AFA and Jobcenter to consult.
I do not need help to get a job right away, can AVGS still help me? (True)
